To help make your stay at Bali Mountain Retreat in Bali as comfortable and enjoyable as possible, please take a moment to review the hotel policies below. These guidelines cover important details such as check-in and check-out times, guests, children, pets, and payments, so you know what to expect throughout your stay.
- Internet
WiFi is available in some hotel rooms and is free of charge.
- Parking
Free private parking is possible on site (reservation is not needed).
- Pets
Pets are not allowed.
- Children and extra bed policy
Children of any age are allowed. Children up to and including 11 years old stay for Rp 100,000 per person per night when using an available extra bed. People 12 years old and over stay for Rp 150,000 per person per night when using an available extra bed. Any type of extra bed or child's cot/crib is upon request and needs to be confirmed by management. Supplements are not calculated automatically in the total costs and will have to be paid for separately during your stay.

strongNyepi Religious Day/strongbrbrPlease be informed that Bali island celebrates Nyepi (Silent) Day each year on below dates. The Nyepi (Silent) Day is a day of absolute silence throughout the island. No outdoor activities are allowed including check in and check out from hotels. March 23, 2012 March 12, 2013 March 31, 2014 March 21, 2015 March 9, 2016 March 28, 2017 br/ The hotel strongly recommends you to use its pick-up service as the hotel is difficult to find and Balinese drivers who do not know this area automatically go to their father Temple Batukaru. This detour adds 1 1/2 hours to the trip as the hotel is not in this area. The price then usually rises. Be aware, taxis will not come up the mountain on these roads.
